Due to the intimate nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges are provided for change of mind purchases. You may be entitled to a refund or exchange for major defects, such as:

• Items that are unsafe or significantly different from the description
• Items that fail to perform their intended function and cannot be reasonably remedied

For minor defects, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe or offer a refund or replacement if we are unable to do so. Flirt Adult Store offers a 31 day warranty on all adult products. Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer's extended warranty.

Returning Faulty Goods

• Contact us at onlinesales@flirtadultstore.com.au within 31 days of receipt
• We will notify you of refund approval or rejection after inspection
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer, we handle all returns

Exchanges

Your items will be shipped to you discreetly in a plain, unmarked packaging. Any sender information will be discreetly labeled with a return address only and they will be packaged such that no one will be able to tell what's inside.
