Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Warranty
Flirt Adult Store offers a 31-day warranty on all adult products. Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer's extended warranty. Please refer to the product listing or warranty documentation provided with your product for details.
If your product is found to be defective or has a major defect, simply provide proof of purchase and we will repair, refund or exchange the product at our sole discretion. A major defect is defined as where the item:
  • Would not have been purchased had the defect been known at the time of sale
  • Is unsafe for use
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description provided
  • Fails to perform its intended function and cannot be reasonably remedied
Where the defect is not considered major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe. If we are unable to do so, you may elect to receive a refund or replacement.
Claims and Returns
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we ask that you get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt so we can resolve your claim as quickly as possible. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, we will liaise with the manufacturer directly on your behalf. For products not covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we will assess your claim directly.
Flirt Adult Store accepts returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and applicable Consumer Guarantee Rights, including where a product is found to have a manufacturing fault or defect.
Please do not return any item directly to the manufacturer, we will manage all returns on your behalf.

Returning Faulty Goods (if applicable)

Once your faulty item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at onlinesales@flirtadultstore.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot exchange for change of mind. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
