We offer Standard Australia-Wide Shipping with the following options:
· For all orders under $100.00 AUD, a flat standard shipping fee of $10 will apply.
· For all orders over $100.00 AUD, shipping is completely FREE.
You can also choose express shipping on all orders for $15.

3. What are your shipping fees?
We offer a flat shipping fee of $10 for all orders under $100.00 AUD. If your order totals more than $100.00 AUD, shipping is completely free anywhere in Australia.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
5. What is your Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not exchange or refund change of mind purchases. However, if your order is faulty or has some other issue, please contact us here and we will work with you to rectify the problem as soon as possible
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We’re working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for updates!
7. Is my payment information secure?

8. What payment methods do you accept?

9. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

10. The item I want is out of stock?
Oh no! We are sorry about that!
A lot of our products are popular, and you will find from time to time that items will sell out and become out of stock very quickly. If this happens to you, or you are searching for a specific product / type / colour, please don't hesitate to give us a call on: 13000FLIRT or 1300035478 and press 2 for web sales, any time between 10am to 6pm, Monday - Saturday or 10am to 4pm Sunday.

11. Are batteries included?
Yes and no. So the long answer is some companies provide batteries with their products and the product description will reflect this. Other companies do not and again this will be stated in the product description along with which batteries the item requires. Though if you wish to purchase more in case you can find batteries here.
12. I've seen something in store, but I can't find it online?
There are thousands of adult products and at Flirt we strive to have a huge variety for our online customers, but our stores also have variety and that changes from store to store. Though, be rest assured we are adding new items daily so keep an eye out for new products and ranges. However, if you wish to purchase something you have seen in one of our Flirt Store please feel free to call us at any of our brick-and-mortar store here.
