Click & Collect lets you shop online and pick up your order from your chosen Flirt store within three hours of placing your order during store trading hours.

It’s a fast, convenient option when you need something the same day or prefer to collect in-store. You can select your preferred Flirt store directly from the homepage or on the product page before adding items to your cart. Once selected, you’ll see products available at that location, so you can shop with confidence knowing your items are in stock at your chosen store.

At checkout, select Click & Collect instead of delivery. Our in-store team will prepare your order, and you’ll receive a notification once it’s ready to collect. Orders placed during store trading hours are typically ready within three hours. Orders placed after 4pm or on public holidays will be prepared and ready the next business day. All Click & Collect orders are packed with discretion and care.

Select your preferred Flirt store on the homepage or product page before adding items to your cart. You’ll see what products available at that location.

Checkout with Click & Collect

Add your favourites to cart and select Click & Collect at checkout. Orders are prepared within three hours during store trading hours. Any orders made after 4pm or on public holidays will be made the next business day.

Collect In-Store

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Bring your confirmation and valid photo ID and be 18+ years to collect discreetly in-store.

Product availability

Click & Collect availability is based on stock at your selected store. After you choose your store on the homepage or product page, the website will show you what’s available to purchase from that location. If Click & Collect is not available for a product when checking online, it may be out of stock at your chosen store or not eligible for Click & Collect at that time. 

While our inventory is updated regularly, there may be occasional instances where an item becomes unavailable before your order is packed. If this happens, we’ll be in touch promptly to confirm next steps, including a suitable alternative or refund.

How do I pick up my order?

You’ll receive a notification via email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before heading in-store, as your order may still be in the process of being prepared.

When collecting your order, bring:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • A valid photo ID
  • Must be over 18+ years of age

The name on your photo ID must match the name on the order.

If you’d like someone else to collect your order, please reply to your order confirmation email with the full name of the person collecting. They will need to bring their own photo ID when picking up. 

Your Click & Collect order will be safely stored in-store for up to 14 days from the date it is ready for collection. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled and refunded in line with our policy.
