Is it safe buying online?
Yes, it is. Any personal information you disclose to us we handle with the strictest of confidence. We do not share any of your information with any third parties and only use what is provided to help fulfill your order.
What are your payment options?
You can pay either by PayPal or via bank transfer. though if neither of these options is available to you can call (02) 6584 4575 (Mon-Sat 10 am to 6 pm) to pay over the phone via a credit card.
What are you Shipping costs?
All orders over $100 get FREE shipping YEA!! Otherwise, a flat rate of $12 is charged to all orders under $100.
The item I want is out of stock?
Oh no sorry about that. From time to items are popular and do sell out and restocking may take a little while. However if you are after a particular item or colour of item please don't hesitate to call us (02) 6584 4575 (Mon - Sat 10am to 6pm) or email us mail@flirtadultstore.com.au with information on which item you are after. We will inform you when the item will be back in stock and the likely time frame that it will take to arrive to you.
What happens after I order?
Your order goes to our warehouse who then pick and pack your order safely for you. We will send you an email with tracking details that day (except Sundays) and then your order is picked up the next business day to start its journey to you.
Are Batteries included?
Yes and no. So the long answer is some companies provide batteries with their products and the product description will reflect this. Other companies do not and again this will be stated in the product description along with which batteries the item requires. Though if you wish to purchase more in case you can find batteries here.
What is your Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not exchange or refund for change of mind purchases. However if your order is faulty or has some other issue please contact us here and we will work with you to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Can I place a phone order?
Yes you certainly can simple call us Monday to Saturday between 10am to 6pm and talk to one of our friendly staff about when you would like.
I've seen something in-store but I can't find it online?
There are 1000's of adult products and at Flirt we strive to have variety for you our online customers, but our stores also have variety and that changes from store to store. Though be rest assured we are adding new items daily so keep an eye out for new products and ranges. However if you wish to purchase something you have seen in one of our Flirt Store please feel free to call us at any of our brick and mortar store here. Or email us (mail@flirtadultstore.com.au) with a detailed description of the item you were after and we can help you from there.
I have ordered, where is my order?
On its way to you. Once you have placed an order our warehouse team will pack your order that day (if before 5pm otherwise next business day) ready for shipping. The next business day our couriers will pick up your order and get it on its way to you, the shipping time varies depending on your location and time of year though usually between 2-10 days.
How will you deliver my order?
