What are your payment options?

What are you shipping costs?
On any orders over $100, we offer FREE SHIPPING!
Otherwise, our flat rate is $10 charged to all orders under this amount. Shipping will be added at checkout.
The item I want is out of stock?
Oh no! We are sorry about that!
A lot of our products are popular, and you will find from time to time that items will sell out and become out of stock very quickly. If this happens to you, or you are searching for a specific product / type / colour, please don't hesitate to give us a call on: 13000FLIRT or 1300035478 and press 2 for websales, any time between 10am to 6pm, Monday - Saturday or 10am to 4pm Sunday.
Alternatively, you can email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with information on which item you are after. We will inform you when the item will be back in stock and the likely time frame that it will take to arrive to you.
What happens after I order?
Your order goes to our warehouse who then pick and pack your order safely for you. We will send you an email with tracking details that day and then your order is picked up the next business day to start its journey to you.
Are batteries included?
Yes and no. So the long answer is some companies provide batteries with their products and the product description will reflect this. Other companies do not and again this will be stated in the product description along with which batteries the item requires. Though if you wish to purchase more in case you can find batteries here.
What is your Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not exchange or refund for change of mind purchases. However if your order is faulty or has some other issue please contact us here and we will work with you to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
I've seen something in-store but I can't find it online?
There are thousands of adult products and at Flirt we strive to have a huge variety for our online customers, but our stores also have variety and that changes from store to store. Though, be rest assured we are adding new items daily so keep an eye out for new products and ranges. However if you wish to purchase something you have seen in one of our Flirt Store please feel free to call us at any of our brick and mortar store here. I have ordered, where is my order?
On its way to you. Once you have placed an order our warehouse team will pack your order that day (if before 5pm otherwise next business day) ready for shipping. The next business day our couriers will pick up your order and get it on its way to you, the shipping time varies depending on your location and time of year though usually between 2-10 days.
