CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Rinse in cold or lukewarm water (maximum 40°C/104°F) before washing. Machine wash on a cold delicate cycle or hand wash. Use liquid detergent and avoid bleach, fabric softeners, ironing, and tumble drying. Hang dry in a non-humid environment.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges are provided for change of mind purchases. You may be entitled to a refund or exchange for major defects, such as:
- Items that are unsafe or significantly different from the description
- Items that fail to perform their intended function and cannot be reasonably remedied
For minor defects, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe or offer a refund or replacement if we are unable to do so. Flirt Adult Store offers a 31 day warranty on all adult products. Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer's extended warranty.
Returning Faulty Goods

- We will notify you of refund approval or rejection after inspection
