Due to the intimate nature of our products, no refunds or replacements are provided for change of mind. However, you can get a refund or exchange for major problems, such as :

• Unsafe items or significant differences from the description.
• Items that don’t perform as promised.

For minor issues, we will repair the item within a reasonable time or offer a refund/replacement if not fixed promptly. Keep your proof of purchase.

Some items have a manufacturer's warranty. Contact us at onlinesales@flirtadultstore.com.au to check coverage. Do not return items to the manufacturer; we handle all returns.

If faulty upon receipt, notify us within 14 days for inspection and refund/exchange.

Returning Faulty Goods:

• We will notify you of refund approval or rejection after inspection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

Your items will be shipped to you discreetly in a plain, unmarked packaging. Any sender information will be discreetly labeled with a return address only and they will be packaged such that no one will be able to tell what's inside.
