Designed for gradual growth and straightening of your penis, Size Matters' Penis Extender set uses simple (and effective!) tension to help improve your size.
Detailed instructions are included, but to sum up, the Set comes with the penis extension device, six extension rods, a comfort strap and a silicone tube. There are two ways to set up the Extender with either the strap or the tube. Either way, it's meant to be worn over a period of time. Start with shorter sessions, increasing gradually.
