Shipping & Delivery
Your items will be shipped to you discreetly in a plain, unmarked packaging. Any sender information will be discreetly labeled with a return address only and they will be packaged such that no one will be able to tell what's inside.
Standard Australia Wide Shipping
* For all orders under $100.00 AUD a flat fee of $12 will apply.
* For all orders over $100.00 AUD shipping is FREE
Please allow for 3-10 Days delivery (This varies in areas and time of year); however, we endeavor to deliver it to you in the shortest possible time.
Privacy & Security
Returns & Replacements
Due to their personal nature and the necessity of hygiene precautions, no exchanges of any products are permitted. 30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY (Consumable products excluded.) If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, the supplier will repair this product or, at the supplier's sole option, replace it with a like or reasonably similar product. This warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the supplier. Repaired or replacement products are warranted only for 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. Toy-related products are sold as novelties only. If your item becomes defective after the initial 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly.

If the product contains a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately on 02 6584 4575 to speak with a Flirt consultant. We will be able to offer a troubleshooting checklist to ensure a definite Fault with your item.
If the Fault is still present a Flirt sales consultant will allocate shipping details for the item to be returned. (A receipt/invoice must be attached or the item cannot be accepted for warranty)
Upon receipt, the product will be examined, and if deemed warranted, a credit will be issued or the product will be exchanged.
Ordering is as simple as adding the item(s) you like to your cart. We try to have everything listed in stock, however, we are all human and if the item(s) are out of stock we will contact you as soon as is possible and inform you/work with you to get the item or a suitable substitution to you as soon as possible.
Payment and Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars and all payments are to be made in Australian Dollars.
Orders can be viewed by logging into My Account and selecting My Orders on the left-hand side of the page. This will show orders pending orders shipped and previous orders.
Updating Account Information
Should your personal information or your address change at any time this can be easily updated by Logging into My Account on Flirt Adult Store. Going into the Account Information or Address Book sections on the left-hand side and updating your information and clicking save. Should you want to ship to another address other than your billing address simply add it to your address book in the My Account section and when ordering and select it at the checkout. If you have selected the wrong address contact us immediately on 0265844575 or use our "contact us" page and we will endeavor to correct it before shipping but we cannot always guarantee this.
